The setting up of pharmaceutical project on biotechnology was discussed
Wednesday in Algiers during a meeting between Minister for Higher Education and
Scientific Research, Mohamed Mebarki, and a delegation of the American Group
phRMA led by its vice president, Ashraf Allam, the ministry said in a
statement.
